Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by High Bridge Photography. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions, suspected fraud, or unavailability of a product. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable shipping & handling or sales tax, which are calculated and added before you complete your purchase.
Shipping & Handling, Taxes
Shipping & handling charges and any applicable sales tax are calculated based on your delivery address and order contents, and will be shown for your review before you complete your purchase at checkout.

Purchase of a print, product, or keepsake grants you the right to personal, non-commercial use and display of that item; it does not transfer copyright or grant rights to reproduce, resell, or use the imagery commercially.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Bridge Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
