These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the High Bridge Photography website and your purchase of any products or services offered through it, including custom home & architectural art, church directory program packages, and family photography sessions. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Artwork Approval & Order Submission
All custom home and architectural art must be carefully reviewed prior to purchase. By submitting an order, you are providing your final acceptance of the artwork for production. Customers hold sole responsibility for reviewing the accuracy, placement, text, and artistic rendering of their items before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our printing partners for production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by High Bridge Photography. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions, suspected fraud, or unavailability of a product. If your order is canceled after payment by us, you will receive a full refund for the canceled portion.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable shipping & handling or sales tax, which are calculated and added before you complete your purchase.
Third-Party Suppliers & Order Fulfillment
Our physical products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by third-party suppliers and printing partners. Because each item is manufactured specifically for you rather than shipped from pre-existing stock, delivery timeframes shown on the site or in order confirmations are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If an item or material you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to either (a) cancel that portion of your order and issue a refund, or (b) substitute a comparable item of equal or higher quality that most closely matches your original selection. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if a substitution has been made.
Returns & Refunds
Because all printed products are made-to-order through third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size/color, or dissatisfaction with approved artwork. Replacements or refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of delivery. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
Church & Family Photography Services
Specific terms, conditions, scheduling details, and refund policies regarding Family Photography sessions and Church Directory Programs are governed by their respective sitting cards or directory contracts provided and signed prior to your photography session.
Intellectual Property & Imagery
All original photographs, AI-generated architectural renditions, watercolor artwork, designs, and content produced by High Bridge Photography remain the intellectual property of High Bridge Photography. Our source imagery for architectural art is legally obtained from public vantage points and is fully licensed. Purchase of a print or product grants you the right to personal, non-commercial use and display of that item; it does not transfer copyright or grant rights to reproduce, resell, or use the imagery commercially.
Accounts
To complete a purchase, a customer account is created for you automatically using the information you provide at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Bridge Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products or services, including any damages arising from delayed shipping, production timelines, or substituted items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our strict privacy standards, 100% legal compliance regarding public-facing property views, and our easy image removal process.
Governing Law
