Church Directory Program
For our Church Directory Program, all participants explicitly agree to be photographed and have their images and provided information published within their specific church directory publication at their own discretion. This usage is fully disclosed, and consent is legally agreed to at the time of photography. Directory information is securely provided only to the participating church and its congregation as outlined in the individual church agreement.
Family Photography
Our family portrait sessions are governed by a specific sitting card and a standard family photography agreement signed prior to your session.
Privacy of Your Images: Client viewing galleries are private and securely delivered.
Archiving: We securely store digital files for standard archival periods to allow for future orders, but you may request the deletion of your private family galleries at any time.
Architectural & Home Art
A part of our business involves producing custom artwork based on existing homes and properties. All of our source imagery for this artwork is legally taken, fully licensed, and strictly depicts exteriors that are freely and easily viewable by the general public. We operate in 100% compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
While capturing imagery from public viewpoints is entirely legal and does not violate personal privacy, we are committed to handling your property’s imagery with discretion. We do not make the original source photography available to the public, and the custom artwork viewing galleries created for your home are kept strictly private. We maintain a firm policy that respects property boundaries, ensuring our sourced imagery never captures private, non-public areas of a property.
Removing Your Home Art Images
We respect homeowners and are more than happy to remove a customer’s architectural images and artwork upon request. If you prefer that your property not be featured, we have made the removal process as easy as possible. You can request deletion in two simple ways:

- Contact Us: Send a message to us through our Contact Us page providing your address and a clear request to delete all images associated with your home.
